As Christmas approaches, we want to make sure anyone who needs support knows when the Isle of Wight Foodbank is open and how to access help during the festive period.
Our opening times will be slightly different over Christmas and New Year, with some sessions closed on bank holidays. Please check our Christmas and New Year opening times page for the most up-to-date information before visiting.
How to Get a Foodbank Voucher
To receive support from the Isle of Wight Foodbank, you will need a foodbank voucher. Vouchers are issued by local referral agencies who can assess your situation and help you access support. These include organisations such as Citizens Advice, your School Family Liaison Officer, by visiting your local GP practice / Social Prescriber and Family Centres.
No one should have to face hunger at Christmas. If you or someone you know needs support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
We would also like to say a big thank you to all of our volunteers and everyone that has helped support us to be able to provide food.
