The summer months can be a difficult time for families who are already managing on extremely tight budgets. The lack of free school meals and the cost of funding childcare can put an additional pressure on families, with many foodbanks seeing an increase in referrals during this time.
Support people facing hunger and poverty this summer by joining us for the UK’s biggest food collection.
We will be participating in Tesco’s National Neighbourhood Food Collection from 30th June-2nd July 2016 where you can find us at Tesco Extra, Brading Road, Ryde between 9am -5pm.
Tesco Express stores will also be hosting collection points from 20th June to 2nd July at Lake Hill, Sandown Road; Wootton Bridge and Ventnor High Street.
